As a Southerner, I think libs in other parts of the country underestimate the potential for really radical progressive movements there in the future. All the pieces are there.

Maybe the worst part of it is that I don’t think there’s any evidence the tech companies censor the real words. If they did, they’d just censor “unalive” by now, anyway. People are just participating in the censorship superstitiously.
the forced self-censorship gibberish we all have to do on social media now is having a devastating effect on the way people communicate with each other. nobody in a healthy society is saying "unalived"

There are basically only two positions in the debate about Al.
1. He enabled “The Tool Man” and endangered everyone around them. AI sucks.
2. Without Al, things would have been way worse, he let Tim have a career and family. Holy cow, he’s transformational.
Position #1 has lower barriers to entry.
