CBS paid the president of the United States millions in bribe money and now they censor news reports so it does not annoy him. I don’t know how much plainer we can put this.

Yay! More state media!
TikTok is removing clips of the leaked 60 Minutes segment.

The Ellison family (which acquired Paramount — CBS’s parent company — and The Free Press, making Bari Weiss Editor-in-Chief of CBS) is set to co-own TikTok through a Trump-backed deal.

Here's Roger Goodell in the Oval Office hanging out with President Trump while he suggests suspending habeas corpus. Definitely not the kind of behavior that's detrimental to the league whatsoever

As he should. NFL obviously took no action after his report to security last season, and there was an attendant in right behind the guy that got smacked that should have told him to knock it off.
The NFL is suspending Steelers WR DK Metcalf two games without pay for physically confronting a Lions fan during Sunday’s win at Detroit, per sources.

Metcalf, who had reported the same fan to security last season, plans to appeal.

Such a good article. It’s really unfortunate how difficult scientific communication is. I fully agree that an author’s duty doesn’t end once the paper is published.
STAT: Researchers have a moral obligation to push back when their studies are twisted to promote false health claims

Study’s stated aim was to assess possible connection between abnormal clumps of blood clotting proteins, or “microclots,” & long Covid — not vaccines

Do NOT look at the replies under Puca’s apology. The kids are not alright.

Ignorance is not an excuse!
Rams WR Puka Nacua apologized on Thursday after appearing on a livestream with Adin Ross and N3on in which he criticized NFL officials and practiced an antisemitic dance.

Puka said he “had no idea this act was antisemitic in nature and perpetuated harmful stereotypes against Jewish people.”

Well, no one is going to like this answer, but: it's because Twitch profits, and they face no serious liability risk.

The wild west approach to platforming free speech has serious drawbacks for society. It's an unavoidable reality.
The whole Puka Nacua situation is indicative of media toxicity in which young guys swim every day. Why is there a massively popular antisemitic Twitch streamer? Why does that exist?

Hey @espn.com, why are you promoting Adin Ross’ podcast on youe app where he encourages Puka Nacua to do a “covetous jew” touchdown celebration?

It's rather incredible to me how many sports outlets' primary takeaway from this livestream was that Nacua criticized NFL refs and not that he did something EXTREMELY antisemitic during it. AA is practically the only one to actually highlight this.

hey if you're wondering "has a baseball website covered whatever the fuck Miller is talking about, for some reason and done it more accurately than he is?" the answer is absolutely, yes:

End racism, it takes all of us, Robert Kraft’s Blue Square Alliance, etc
On a livestream yesterday, Puka both:
- Said that the Refs throw flags that they know are bad to brag to their friends in group chats, and
- Told Adin Ross that he'd do a "covetous jew" celebration on his next TD score

Suspend him tbh
