Remember when GOP Mich 2014 Gov Rick Snyder used his own personal emergency manager to override Flint’s elected officials and poisoned residents with contaminated water supply which left 12 dead and many children with lead poisoning? Typical republicans greed putting corporate profits over people.

So the people causing the shutdown are getting paid. The people keeping the country running don’t.

And Speaker Mike Johnson won’t let the House come back to work. So basically they’re on a paid vacation while Americans miss paychecks.
