Every American should read this ACLU lawsuit about what is happening in Los Angeles and California. It is the stuff of dystopian nightmares. This is not immigration enforcement. It is positively stuffed with videos and articles documenting racial profiling on a scale unseen since Jim Crow.

If you cannot honor an American hero like Jackie Robinson -- and especially if you go out of your way to attempt to ERASE him -- you are a white supremacist. That's just a simple fact.

It's high time that everyone say that in clear terms. That we call these people what they are.

Hey NYTimes — *now* you’re lighting the beacons? NOW?!? After months of “Sauron: Avatar Of Evil… Or Extreme Uniter?” thumbsucker reporting you’re screaming what we’ve known since 2015? Fuck all the way off.

Request to progressive media/bloggers: Please do NOT use photos of #47, Musk, Miller, etc. as your featured image for every story.

We've never shared their images in our feed, nor will we.

If you write about the harm they do, then feature people they impact & who resist. Don't give hate free PR.

I know the “imagine if a Democrat did this” is overplayed, but if a Democratic president had given George Soros access to government personnel details and Treasury payments I’m pretty sure we’d have a literal civil war.

The NTSB says it will no longer email news outlets or reporters with notifications of upcoming press conferences, including those on plane crashes in Washington and Philadelphia.

Instead, all notifications will be made on X.

We're filing a FOIA to find out more about the change in policy.

No one's blaming Democrats for causing this crisis, but yes, many of them are failing to meet this moment.

One Democratic senator could bring the chamber to a halt. House Dems can go to fed agencies being gutted by Musk with cameras in tow. Governors can push back. State AGs can bring lawsuits.

So everyone knows exactly what this is: The first Trump administration KIDNAPPED CHILDREN. The Biden admin set up a system to get these kids back to their parents. On day one after taking back the office, Trump ended that effort and plans to start the kidnapping process back up again.
This absolutely breaks my heart.

Accepting Executive Orders at face value is a form of compliance in advance. Those EOs are as real as meme coins. Nothing changes until it changes. Make them fight for every EO in court— flood the zone right back with long court battles. Don't hand them an easy win— don't comply in advance.

Just FYI, administrative warrants (like the ones used by ICE) are not judicial warrants (used by cops, signed by a judge).

You do NOT legally have to open the door for an ICE officer with an administrative warrant *no matter what the ICE officer says.*
