i do not recommend the 988 mental health crisis hotline. each time i have tried it i have felt like an object being processed by chatgpt and shuffled off. imo if you care about someone going through a crisis you fucking help them personally or deal with the consequences of not doing anything.

had another panic attack mom started yelling at me and i tried to call my aunt to explain that it's been really bad here and then my mom started yelling at me more and then i just started screaming and crying uncontrollably and now they say they're coming over and i don't know what's happening
