I think gacha games are popular simply because they understand the average working adult's schedule.
Playing on your phone and later continuing on PC/Console really needs to be a common feature (no this isn't an argument for cloud gaming)

🎮 Remapping controls and buttons
🪖 Adjustable difficulty for each aspect of the gameplay
