Today is Mom’s birthday and Dad is spending the morning in outpatient surgery. I’m at Baptist Health hospital with him. Fun day.

I already went and got my TDAP booster. Both because *I* do not want a cough so bad I break bones and puke from coughing, but also because I do not want to give it to an infant for whom it would be fatal.

It’s worse than we first thought. The cancer has spread to Dad’s lymph nodes. I’m so scared.
Dad got diagnosed with colon cancer on Friday, stage 3. Don’t know many details yet.
