This is specifically about AI use in humanities disciplines within academia, which is clear from context- this crap is extremely harmful in that setting. Inevitably, people show up to be like "AI finds cancer cells tho".

Bundesregierungen verfahren seit eh und je nach der Strategie laufenlassen und wenn es knallt, das Problem mit Steuergeld zukippen. Selbst aus dem Vollen greifend griff diese Strategie siehe z.B. kaputte Infrastruktur letztlich zu kurz. Alles Peanuts im Vergleich zur vermeidbaren Klimakatastrophe.
