Soap, in hospital ducky scrubs and crocs, cradles Ghost's face between both hands. he is not afraid, only curious. he lifts his own head up to meet Ghost's eyes.

Fred Rogers does seem to have been a genuinely decent human being and also he would probably be the first to tell you not to idolize him, but to find in yourself what is beautiful and special and hold that up to the light so that you can see it clearly, and can everyone else.
