The year is 2035. California's entire base of taxation is young renters and their entire budget goes to insuring suburban McMansions built in fire hazard regions. Half of Florida is underwater financially and the other half literally. Illinois is fine but still fucks up transit funding constantly.

Just a guess but all those FBI agents and DOJ officials who broke the law redacting Trump’s name probably think they can hide behind that SCOTUS “if the president does it as official duty it’s not against the law” ruling.
Can’t think of why else they’d want to risk their careers.

Like virtually everyone else , Will forgets that Trump in fact ran for president prior to 2016, and barely registered. In fact what happened in between that the Republican Party fundamentally changed and most of that is on account of Bush.
