This is the funniest piece imaginable in the dull world of the otherwise sickly sycophantic tech review.

For real. Read it, even if you don’t give a rat’s ass about printers.

It's my 39th birthday today!

I think my lower back tried to highlight the aging process by completely crapping out on me last Thursday.

Good reminder to get my stretches in! 😅🙌

NEW: Epstein survivors release the most powerful PSA I have ever seen.

Make this go viral so every member of the House of Representatives sees it.

Sat down for a lovely chat with @clert.bsky.social over @eurogamer.bsky.social To talk about my games and how I'd like to keep making and improving them sustainably. To step away from the launch, meme and hype driven madness that has taken root in games.

As viral hits like Escape from Duckov and Megabonk change the industry, Falconeer developer Tomas Sala has found another way to survive
What if you didn't have to spin the roulette wheel every time you released a new game, hoping for it to find an audience? What if there was a better way?

Been catching up with industry legend Richard Bartle this week at an industry event, our last contact being an email conversation some 15 years ago, when he utterly tore apart an academic article I had asked him to review.

We had a good laugh about that one 😂

I finally finished my new visual identity and website!

I'm really happy with how everything turned out, and how much of an upgrade this is in terms of both identity and professionalism.

Should be good for at least another 4 years now!

APWOT is beyond amazing. This has to be some of the best writing on games you can find today, and the design on this is simply fantastic. Clearly a labor of love by all involved.

Well done @cazwis.bsky.social 👏

Like most empires, the tech empire is built using spectacular amounts of work done by unpaid workers, or slaves.

Making money by not paying your workers / suppliers is an old grift, and not as clever as it looks. Certainly not worth admiring anyone who has succeeded using this one weird old trick.
“Average musician makes $12 a month on Spotify. The fact that they are not even able to sell a record and it’s taken from them by rich motherfuckers on streaming platforms who get paid royally by record labels,Ticketmaster, merch companies.
