Families living along Duke Street today, who fought for the coming improvements, should be able see the fruits of their own advocacy. Not get pushed out for new residents to reap what we have sown
The only way to do that is to build more homes here and welcome those newcomers to enjoy it with us

The one thing I will miss about living in Hampton Roads is some of the beer. There are some legit good breweries here that absolutely punch above their weight.

This is the most factual statement ever made about the Star Wars prequels (the sequels just needed to be burned and started over with, though). A competent editor combined with someone who could coax Lucas off the CGI train could have made some good movies.
Each prequel is one rewrite away from being a classic
