Normal order & six Dems voting in favor of a DOD appointment 2 days after an unconstitutional attack on Venezuela and on the same day as Hegseth/DOD's retaliation against Kelly.

For all the strong language, these are not the *actions* of an opposition party that thinks DOD has acted unlawfully.
