States, cities, and towns need to make a plan for what to do in the event the ICE death squads start shooting people in their communities.
Hell, maybe even neighborhood level action planning.
This would be in addition to planning ahead for them showing up at all.

Update: with a 98% vote of approval, NSLU has ratified their first contract with New Seasons Market. The union has ended their call for a boycott and avoided a strike during the holiday season. Full story to come in @nwlaborpress.org
NSLU won a $19/hr starting wage for clerks, a massive win in the local grocery industry. Fred Meyer starts at around $17 & non-union New Seasons are at $18 (tho we will see if the company raises those stores). The two sides were FAR away on economics as late as Dec 4.
