Gross!
For the first time, the Kennedy Center Awards were presented in the tiny Oval Office instead of the Kennedy Center For Performing Arts. Donald used his now-vulgar Oval Office for the ceremony to avoid the embarrassment of TV audiences seeing an almost empty theater.

I sang this every Friday as a schoolboy for 7yrs at school mass.
When people say Islam indoctrinates children to martyrdom, the Catholic faith has been doing it for centuries.

"How sweet would be the children's fate
If they like them could die for thee"

Even at this early stage it's going to be a Labour/Reform shootout in my constituency at the next GE.
Chris Green the ex Tory MP has now defected to Reform and in all probability will stand. It will be a marginal seat and without a seismic change in policy (not to the left) Reform/Tory will win.

I fully support the blue tide of opposition in the US but have a feeling that I don't really know what is happening. I see all the news (CNN) and read as much as I can on here but that in itself possibly gives me a biased view.
Any of my blue friends on here who can give me a "real" understanding?

This is one of the Pretoria Pit shafts in Atherton near Manchester. It was the site of an explosion that killed 344 men and boys as young as 14.
It’s always a bit sombre and spooky but when you come home and find a small cloud on your photo it does send a shiver down your spine.

Anyone building traps remember they go down your back. Shrugs are great for your coat hangers but the Overhead shrug activates and builds your lower traps.
Great support for your spine

Mmm. Sorry Chu. I'll disagree. If you are a reform voting twat you are a racist twat...right here, right now.
“Not all reform voters are racist!!”

Well if you’re still a reform voter by the end of this week, then I’m afraid you are..

RIP Salford Rugby League. Tragic for a very loyal group of fans. Hope you can come back soon.
Remember playing at the Willows in 1967 in the Manchester Rugby League U18 Cup for The Height RL against Langworthy.
Two black eyes but a winners medal. My last rugby league game before joining the RAF.

I’m very pleased that Jonathan Gullis has joined Reform – we need more conviction politicians with strongly held principles. In other news, here he is explaining why there is absolutely no chance he would ever defect to Reform.

My annus horriblis. Just been told I've a basal cell cancer. Which is fine because it's operable with Mohs surgery. The problem is the position up against my nose which will require plastic surgery.
On top of that I've got my 6mth cancer survivors CT scan on Thursday.
I need cake.

LONDON, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Sterling was heading for its best weekly performance in over three months on Friday, in a sign of relief among investors after British finance minister Rachel Reeves revealed her long-awaited budget earlier this week.
