There are so many heartbreaking stories emerging in NC & everywhere that immigration enforcement is taking place. But there are also stories like this. Everywhere there is ICE & CBP, there are also people fighting like hell to protect their communities. This is no small thing.

John Roberts once promised to be like an umpire. He charmed both senators and the media, and for 20 years, was portrayed as a moderate institutionalist.

But today, it's become clear that the promise was a lie.

We are watching a rigged game, and Roberts set it up.
This is all John Roberts’ fault
Trump owes his corrupt and abusive reign to one man.

There has never been a clearer signal that America is not a country, it's just a business. And that there are no red lines when there is enough money on the line.

End-stage capitalism knows no bounds in its pursuit and sycophantic courting of power and wealth.

Found this 2019 clip from 100 days after Jamal Khashoggi was killed.

I was asked by @glamour.com’s Sam Barry what I would say to Mohammed Bin Salman if I had the chance to face him again (I have met him twice).

Here was my answer.

I watched a clip of MBS and our sham president in the Oval Office and what he said about Jamal Khashoggi was so offensive and such an outright and disgusting lie I'm surprised no one in that room was struck by lightning. It was cruel, it was inhumane and it was so utterly shameful.
And now MBS is getting the blood-red carpet treatment to the White House.

Vile and disgusting.
