Like, I dunno, maybe the onus should be on Uncle Dave to let the family have a single meal without his opinions on "Muzzos ruinin' London since Mayor Al'Khan'ida took over" instead of on the kids to grin and bear it?

Fuckers.
Only 5 Fianna Fáil TDs voted to restore the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy)(Amendment) Bill. 35 voted against.
They're the only major party where none of the female TDs supported the bill. We have antichoice extremists at the helm. The work of Repeal is not done #spéirgorm

This is very interesting from @snellarthur.bsky.social on the potential strategic underpinnings of the world order hinted at in 🇺🇸 NSS.

Have a good look at that map &, in particular, that “pivot area“ according to Mackinder, someone previously unknown to me

EU needs to reciprocate immediately. After ushering un an era ot the kind of fascisim Europe fought hard to defeat (and is now rising again), not a single MAGA chud should be allowed set foot on the continent - including its government.
NEW: Five years of social media history is only a fraction of what the US Government will shortly demand of overseas visitors.

The full requirements will end tourism in the United States.

Below is the full, mind-blowing list.

Turns out it was Iran v Egypt, two countries where homosexuality is illegal. Egypt wants Pride banned.

It's not just the state coffers to watch in Russia. Companies, households, banks, regional governments - they are all about to run out of money at the same time. Could be a perfect storm coming.
One Russian paper today: ““We will not agree to a truce because we need the capitulation of Ukraine.” Meanwhile: “Nearly 60% of Russian regions have a hole in their budgets of over 600 billion roubles, almost 11 times more than in 2022.” #ReadingRussia
