Yep. I have a cousin my age who is intersex, born with a vagina but dysfunctional testes where you'd typically expect ovaries. Even in her deep red state, getting her on estrogen (etc) for puberty was nbd-- they didn't make her wait til 18 because she clearly wanted to be like the other girls.
