In 2019 there was enough zoned land controlled by Govt to build 414k homes. In Dublin City two thirds of zoned land is owned by DCC, NAMA/LDA or NAMA Debtors. The 4 Dub Co Co’s, NAMA & the LDA have more land than the entire country of San Marion.
