What’s so fucking frustrating to know is that all the people who saw clearly what was happening and were scoffed out of the room by the Very Serious People will not be taken any more seriously the next time
The level of unreality of being a part of groups who very clearly saw the plan was to overturn Roe, roll back civil rights and desegregation, and that the “again” was the 1950s, and then having everyone who trusted norms realize that *now* is just, I don’t know, awful but also tedious.
