I bought some AMAZING framed prints recently ‘cos someone posted Gail’s art into my feed a couple of months ago, so reposting this because 1. The prints are AMAZING and 2. The system clearly works. Good old the system, in this instance.
I’m not doing Black Friday this year.
I’d rather be honest with you than try to compete with big brands.
Every purchase genuinely makes a difference to my tiny business.
Shop independent this Christmas.

One thing I love about The Ballad of Buttery Cake Ass is that people who have been in bands really get it. I feel bad for those others who say they don't, who have never experienced the glorious ridiculousness that is rock n roll

And here we are.

Unmistakably.

Comics types: any recommendations for where to post a webcomic? I’ve had this finished book for aaaages and thinking of sticking it online in small chunks. (Wasn’t designed as a webcomic so doing it page by page wouldn’t necessarily work, but I’m thinking scene by scene probably would)

10th anniversary today of the graphic novel @eddieargos.bsky.social and I (amongst others) did for Image Comics. 10 YEARS! Actual fulfilment of a teenage Steve dream, still gives me a buzz that my Image shelf has a book that we made on it.

If you're traveling by train, buy some fucking headphones. I don't want to listen to your shitty music, hear a crappy American comedy, or listen to a conversation with your significant other who's a bigger twat than you.

There’s a fairly reasonable chance that, if you look around, you’ll spot something purple right now. (I did – it’s a massive pillow.) Purple absolutely definitely exists. You apologise to Alice Walker, right now!

So - exactly why is it the internet thinks the colour purple does not exist?
Some notes on the non-existence of purple

*scours late 80s Doctor Who credits*
I used to work on a low budget TV show. Nobody internally or externally seemed to care about it . I once put the lyrics to "Don't Stop Believing" in the credit roll and I didn't hear a thing about it.

Tell me your most unhinged Doctor Who opinion. I mean, if you’re a fan, they’re likely all unhinged anyway.
