Tired of all the BS, the mental fuckery, the corruption and the lack of basic knowledge and decency. We the people deserve so much more than this!

Everyday for the last ten years, Donald Trump has used his bully pulpit to incite violence against Americans for any reason he decides.

He is a terrorist.

His supporters are terrorists.

We do not negotiate with terrorists.

If it takes 1000 FBI agents or just 1000 people to redact his name from the files, then the dumbass is in deep trouble, because 1000 more people know he is in the Epstein files an insane number of times. 😏

It will only take a few of them to leak it to the media. 👍👍

MAY THE LEAKING BEGIN NOW. 👍👍

Trump says he’s “fixing housing.”

This is what families find in their price ranges.

A pallet for walls.

Prices keep climbing because Trump's Billionaire Buddies are buying up all foreclosures. #TrumpAffordabilityCrisis

Newsom respected democracy by going to the voters, but blue states can’t keep playing fair in a rigged game. They need to start reshaping their own maps.

And yes, I read the opinions. As an attorney—and any lawyer could see this, even most non-lawyers—it’s obvious to me that the ruling is intellectually bankrupt. We can’t even say a serious attempt was made to explain why the court did as it did—as all its rhetoric amounts to counterfactual nonsense.

No U.S. Supreme Court has ever gaslit as much as this one—altering facts and terms and precedents at will while *always* claiming the high ground.

And why not? When you have no scruples and know you have the numbers and are nakedly partisan, who gives a f*ck about jurisprudence?

If you told me this was a “Confederate” Court by a 6-3 majority—equally *contemptuous* of American law, in favor of any jurisprudence that lets insurrectionists get everything they want, no matter how illegal—I would say that that is perfectly consistent with facts on the ground.

Democrats can retaliate against these GOP gerrymanders with new maps in Illinois, Maryland, Oregon, & Virginia.

They could flip 7 GOP seats to make up for this & new GOP maps in Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, & possibly soon Indiana.

Imposing costs is the only way to deter the GOP from doing this

As Justice Kagan begins her dissent by pointing out, what is even the point of trial, of fact-finding, of clear error, of standards of review, when the Supreme Court simply ignores every single part of that and decides everything purely on the papers without any real consideration of the facts?
