Palestine Action are obviously good, brave people - better and braver than many of us.

Making it illegal to say so won’t stop it being true, but it will be a further dangerous step in criminalising dissent.

And another thing...if what you're saying made any sense you would just say 'hole' (or 'gap' even). You're only saying 'black hole' because you don't know what you're talking about and you think there are magic words.

I agree with this. It’s not just that government spending isn’t like a household budget… but that if politicians believed their own analogy, the conclusions they draw from it would be psychopathic.

The very first thing the Prime Minister does is use the household budget metaphor.

A metaphor - this report into BBC coverage - said could be "easily misleading."

Why is the government trying to mislead the country?

First they ignore you.

Then they attack you in the budget.

This is a weird poll. Who's switching to the tories currently? Is it Conservatives returning because of the Reform-Russia story?

Of course what they will do is replace him with either Streeting (more of the same, and roughly as unpopular) or with Mahmood, who nobody likes.
54% of Labour members say Keir Starmer should go before the general election, with more than half saying either Burnham or Rayner should replace him

As a 45 year old Green, I’d like to point out… I’m not young. This is not just ‘young people’!

It is unhealthy for the opinions of everyone under 50 to be ignored and it should come up every time Reform’s lead is mentioned.

At this point it is an axiomatic truth that continuing to support the Labour Party while proclaiming to be left-of-centre or progressive requires completely ignoring both their explicit words and actions. Assess those who continue to do so and their conception of politics accordingly.

Does it seem correct to you, to say that Sir Keir has saved his party by listening to what the public want and giving it to them? No it doesn’t, that appears to have been catastrophically wrong. Do see anyone apologising for having got it ludicrously wrong? I don’t.

People have tried to say that the Green surge is just on social media.

Or in a bubble that's just about polls and just about new members.

Yet up and down the country - Greens are also winning elections.

Huge congratulations to the Canterbury Greens! 💚🎉
