At this fragile moment in history, any noise you make as a politician towards legitimizing these bullshit concerns is just you helping usher the human race down its slippery slope to pure authoritarian control. We’re equal or we ain’t, that’s it. Gay Panic 2 sucks just as much as the original.
As usual with this issue, Harris is calling for a compromise that already exists. Every sporting body has standards for how long athletes must be on hormones before they can compete as women.

I've seen trans ppl promoting this piece several times today, but I haven't seen a single cis person linking or praising it.
