The SCOTUS is leaning towards legalizing “conversion therapy” AKA torture for queer people. There are also two other cases that moved forward: the WH’s request to block the passport injunction (which would bring back the ban on marker changes), as well as cases challenging anti-🏳️‍⚧️ athlete bans.
