@indivisible.org has asked us to boycott Spotify as long as they are running ICE recruitment ads. I think that is a good enough reason to do it, but I think this collective action does so much more than we realize. These are muscles and mindsets we are building now for bigger actions to come.

As a child, the U.S. government forced George Takei and his parents to live in an American internment camp during WWII. After the war, his family was left without a home or any resources to get by.

Courts are slow but they are just now building cases that will likely lead to holding the administration in contempt and this language is designed to keep them from being able to enforce it!!!! This is an ALL HANDS ON DECK EMERGENCY!!🚨🚨🚨
Apparently the House budget bill *still* includes language aimed at barring federal court enforcement of most contempt findings. I wrote May 9 about how this not only seeks to get Trump agencies off the hook for recent misconduct, but imperils a wide range of vital legal and constitutional rights.
