Fun fact: iambic pentameter—in fact, English sonnet meter—is far and away my favorite kind of verse. I once translated a portion of Euripides' Bacchai—the part where the King goes to spy on the Bacchants and they kill him—from Greek and into sonnetic stanzas for a school project.
