A little thing that works for me, maybe it can work for you, is that Black Friday week is also "Focused Unsubscribing Week". EVERY company that ever got you on their mailing list will send an email this week. Make an intention as you enter the week to unsub, not just ignore, to anyone you're over.

Most of the time anime designs draw epaulette trim like it’s made of rope. no shade meant to either of these series which I adore… it’s just that metal trim epaulettes are so far removed from anything we deal with now that people don’t know what it should look like! I’m shocked the umas got it right

Something very fun I noticed in Umamusume: Symboli Rudolf is one of the only anime-style designs I’ve ever seen to actually depict bullion metal epaulettes the way they used to be made! Look at the loop on the bottom! (Actual bullion trim in the second pic for comparison. It’s got the loops too!)
