Lots of studies showing a similar result: people who buy "plug-in hybrids" do not, as a rule, plug them in. They are mostly used & operated as gas cars.
(My take is, EVs are improving so fast, PHEVs are gonna look like a silly kludge w/in 5 years or so, well within the lifetime of a car.)

1) under no definition are we currently at war with Venezuela under domestic US law
2) since we aren’t, the initial strike was just as much a murder as the follow up

Dimanche soir, petit moral. Je trie un tas de vieux papiers que j'ai retrouvé au fond d'un carton. Au milieu une carte postale reçue il y a plus de 20 ans, d'une amie depuis aussi longtemps perdue de vue. Je la découvre et la lis sans m'en souvenir, comme si la poste venait de ma livrer avec retard.
