Socialization theory has been so utterly mangled that people don't fundamentally understanding it's not Girl or Boy Programming, it's absorbing the dominant cultural values we grow up with.

My spicy socialization take is that we mostly use the phrase "female socialization" to refer to raising someone to be a people-pleaser so they don't get hit, and as people constantly at risk of getting hit, trans femmes receive it as much as anyone else
“Male Socialization” of trans femmes isn’t a real thing. Invoking it just shows you’re a bozo trying to misgender us.
Trans people were never really socialized as our AGAB. At best, we were pressured to mimic norms that gave us dysphoria.

I was already judging everyone involved with this as scum collaborators from the actors to the runners but when you have the royal nonce come visit you really become in cahoots with evil how do you go to work the next day

None of this is ever really of any good quality, it's easily debunked, but that's not the point. In aggregate, however, it gives the impression that there is problems with trans people and our healthcare, otherwise why would there be so many articles and news pieces? And that's why it's the volume.
