I do not believe "has muslims" is a valid reason for a negative review, and Valve too often tolerate hate on their platforms.

it's wild b/c a bunch of ppl are gonna get on that game awards stage and talk about how games are art without even acknowledging the hypocrisy of saying that while games are being censored for having content that would ***EASILY*** pass muster in an r, and hell even sometimes pg-13, rated movie.
The US -- and I'd argue most other countries, but I can't say it as confidently -- would rather set itself on fire than let one jackass get help they don't need. All while hemorrhaging billions of dollars in the general direction of morons that already have millions.

Existing disability services are deeply underfunded, aggressively audited, means-tested constantly, and can be labyrinthine to even access or maintain without assistance. As someone who spent two decades as a cog in that system, concerns about fraud are overblown compared to the real existing need.
Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.
