I think the consistency of reporting is a step in the right direction but I agree with most of the gaps you highlighted. Hopefully this evolves in time and as the increased medium term funding has an impact, though it will take years to reverse the deterioration

It’s fine. Trains better than I’d have expected, except the weird gaps/steps. Ticketing doesn’t work properly outside London. Stations are build big scale and well. It’s a decent modern railway.
