#OtD 9 Oct 1945 the UK Labour govt defended its jailing of 226 Spanish Civil War and anti-Nazi resistance fighters, describing them as "members of an enemy paramilitary organisation". I know they are kind of a thing of the past since the Andrew Tates of the world came onto the scene but I love that pick-up artists were almost always dressed like a twat or the saddest looking guy you've ever seen.
