24 uninterrupted days of #drawlloween - my longest streak by far - and I missed today. Do I double up tomorrow or quit now? We shall see.

Massaging the DNC's message slightly left or right of center doesn't do much when the majority of traditional *and* social media is owned by right-wing weirdos who throw that message in the trash and replace it with IF YOU VOTE FOR A WOMAN IMMIGRANTS WILL EAT YOUR CAT

Surely deserving English language reprint? Must dig out this copy I have again. “I, Robot” by Isaac Asimov, art by Luis Bermejo who also drew “Heros the Spartan” for Eagle, who died in 2015 (tribute here downthetubes.net/in-memoriam-...)

SPINE is my first time using Mixam's print-on-demand option. It was easy to set up.

The pricing ($9.99) really is a steal. It's printed in color as a "reading book," uncoated paper, which is exactly what I wanted for a game that you mark up. And yet, it's still Mixam's usual great print quality.
interested in Spine by @backwardsttrpg.bsky.social, saw something that was a 1st for me: mixam on demand link.
got physical copy for $10 (a steal), creator doesn’t have to hold inventory, & I’ll get a better quality than I can print. Excited for potential this has for writers who don’t want to ship!
When I am reading close captions on the Brokenwood Mysteries, the note about the background music is usually two generic. 'Bright Music' does not express what I am hearing.
I'm struggling with bandwidth in life right now, so I am altering my #inktober art prompts. The new list of #postcardoraclejam #prompts are each a different challenge to make a visual table or oracle that would work with a #solorpg or a #ttrpg. These could be used for a future one-shot game.

yep I am writing a goofy comic book script today because I need to get paid and the people I'm working with need to get paid in order to survive under capitalism (and also it's fun) but yes we're living under fascism and I'm trying to do my part to fight back both of these things are true
People still got to go to the grocery store, take their kids to school, etc. They do these normal things while freaked out about the state of the country.
A lot of people are pretty freaked out by the current political state of affairs and carrying on because they don't know what else to do, except out one foot in front of the other.

And I think a lot of Very Online folks mistake that for "normie" indifference

Gamers complain they own so many more games than they'll ever play. But wait until you see journaling games. Some of them have *no* limits. Just one journaling game alone can consume all your gaming time, and overwhelm all your reading time and movie time and relationship time too. And one...
