Protective factors matter:
✅ Strong family & community ties
✅ Trusted adults
✅ Creativity & play
✅ Physical activity
✅ Supportive schools

Causes are complex: poverty, inequality, academic pressure, digital influences
There IS hope. BUT let's stop grabbing simplistic causes (eg it's ALL social media. No it isn't. It plays a part but so do many other things. If we seize too readily on “the problem” we wont get the answers right.)

New joint statement from @PublicHealthW highlights:
✔ Emotional difficulties like anxiety & depression rising
✔ Causes: poverty, inequality, academic pressure, digital influence
✔ Rates doubled since 2004

📈 Mental health difficulties among children & young people in Wales have doubled in 20 years – from 1 in 10 to 1 in 5. We need early action. 🧵

A video claims the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine contains “cancer-causing SV40”.

This isn’t correct. The vaccine doesn’t contain the SV40 monkey virus, which can induce cancer in animals. It uses a fragment of SV40’s DNA sequence, which doesn’t cause cancer.
