it is ILLEGAL (i realize the law is made up but…) to deny a parent request for an IEP evaluation and yet the comment below happens ALL THE TIME. It’s ENRAGING.

We fought with the school for 3 fucking years before we could get in front of the IEP evaluator, because Principles make it their lives mission to quash these requests and make your life miserable for pursuing it. It fucking sucks.

It's just past 6pm ET and Florida is set to kill 63-year-old Malik Abdul-Sajjad, also known as Richard Barry Randolph. It will be the 17th execution carried out in FL this year. Two more are scheduled for December.
