It is fascinating that a genuinely intelligent person like Clinton cannot fathom people just disagreeing with her based on the evidence, clearly this is a racial (and ideological) blindspot on her part, but this is true for pretty much everyone of her generation and of her particular elite cohort.

"War crimes due to negligence" are in no way better than knowingly committing war crimes, and in some ways seem worse.
the difference between Obama and Trump is the former committed war crimes due to negligence, while the latter just likes doing war crimes. it's like the manslaughter vs. murder thing I always talk about.
