I think the whole Government should be re-located somewhere cheaper, say Warrington, on a idustrial estate with a Premier Inn for accomodation and food...
I'm in favour of moving departments out of London (to Birmingham, obviously) and of changing Treasury brain, but I'm not sure this is the answer that the Lib Dems think it is.
