"...it is a fascinating case study into the instincts of our political and media class. You want concerted international action against Israel for its crimes in Gaza and elsewhere? Good luck with that when you can’t even get a few violent far-right football fans turned away at Birmingham Airport."
Standing with Maccabi’s football hooligans against local police – is that what patriotism looks like now? | Jonathan Liew

“I shouldn’t have to text my parents to tell them I’m safe every time there’s a shooting near my school,” said Eshah Green-Ortega, a volunteer with the Jackson State chapter of Students Demand Action.

More power to the folk that enjoy this kind of thing, but that whole game is a giant 'nope' from me...
(and sure, the other sites can be .com but hosted/controlled elsewhere, I'm just presenting a particular case of sites that largely already exist outside of US jurisdiction, but are ignored by the US populace)
The problem isn't getting those websites made, the problem is getting Americans to use them. As much as the rest of us resent it, American usage of a site makes/breaks it (as far as the Anglosphere is concerned, at least).
But try getting an American to use a .ie or .ca website rather than a .com...
The CPAP machine I used in the early 2000s had a built-in humidifier: is that not an option any more?
