By the end of 1997, almost all privately-owned handguns had been banned in England, Scotland and Wales.
It's not that difficult to stop school shootings.

In the US and the UK people and companies paid 95% tax on earnings over $1m/£1m in the 1960s.
It's time to bring that tax back, it would only affect 0.3% of people, but benefit 100% of people.
