Kevin Van Valkenburg on Trump ending Nat'l Links Trust's 50 yr lease on DC golf courses:
"[W]hat this admin is essentially doing is taking over a nat'l park for invented reasons so that the Trump Org can run it & profit from it. Imagine if Yellowstone suddenly cost $1k but mostly served lobbyists."

I firmly believe nothing changes until it dips below 30.
Trump should be in the mid-30s or lower. We don't hate him enough.

New York is now facing the worst flu surge on record...

More than 71,000 positive flu cases were reported in New York in just seven days — the most since influenza became a reportable disease in 2004"

On Face the Nation, CBS News's chief legal correspondent went after Supreme Court critics as "dangerous." And yet, her court defense was completely lacking in specifics.

This is true and I was the only one on set excited about it (and playing the song on my phone to blank stares)
Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.

I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

i didn’t need an AI model to confide in random strangers i shouldn’t have ever been talking to about certain things over MSN chat as a pre-teen. what i did need is someone i actually trusted in my life i could confide in instead.

getting rid of AI won’t fix the problems that got us here
