What's the betting they won't just look at your posts? The people whose posts you've shared, the groups you're in, and who's in them, and what they say...
Jeez. All tourists - including those from Britain - will have to undergo a social media screening before being allowed entry into the US under new plans being considered by the country's border force

US plans to start checking all tourists' social media
The potential social media mandate being proposed by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) would apply to anyone visiting, whether they require a visa or not.

To be good at most jobs the truth is you just need a good memory and patience to complete a set of tasks without losing your shit. That's it.

it’s funny how when people who own big houses are alive they had nothing to do with its value, but when they die their kids shouldn’t have to pay any inheritance tax because they worked VERY hard all their lives for it

This is hideous.
Shabana Mahmood said this month that her migration policies are a "moral mission".

Where is the morality in blocking an eight-year-old girl made destitute by a Hurricane from coming to the UK to join her parents?

If a court case has found that Britain tried to deport someone who was at risk of being tortured and that it cant do that, then, believe it or not, they are not a failed asylum seeker. They are a successful one wronged by the UK government

In the UK, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's friendship with Epstein has led to total disgrace.

He's been stripped of his titles, reduced to the status of a pariah.

Nobody is defending him.

He's a TOTAL disgrace.

In America, Jeffrey Epstein's close mate, Donald Trump, remains the president.

Insane.

Reason one million why UBI and zero homelessness policies would improve society
Thinking today how homelessness runs through this story, through Epstein's (Virginia Guiffre had been homeless before meeting him), and even through Gaiman's (his nanny was sleeping on the beach when Palmer recruited her, and he used threats of homelessness against another victim).
The woman whom the House Ethics Committee determined Matt Gaetz paid for sex when she was 17 years old was living in a homeless shelter, working at McDonald's, and needed the money for braces www.nytimes.com/2025/11/13/u...

There's something intensely disquieting about the line-up of political figures claiming to respect Remembrance after having spent two years turning their backs on a genocide everyone could see playing out in real time.

What are you pledging never to forget? Because it isn't the loss of life, is it?

This is a beautifully-written piece about a horrifying and worsening situation. I cried.
Remembrance Sunday is a day to mourn the senseless loss of life and to say, never again. With that in mind, how can people turn a blind eye to the deliberate attempt to erase trans people from existence?
For @teenvogue.com I wrote about the death of trans athlete Lia Smith and how trans youth kind themselves with central pillars of their lives being constantly ripped away from them because of politics. www.teenvogue.com/story/politi...
Politicizing Transgender Athletes Is Dangerous. Lia Smith Deserved Better.
"Let her passing be an inflection point for how you think about trans rights and trans people more generally."

Wondering why no one likes your posts anymore, even among your friends? It's because @jay.bsky.team and team have decided to hide a huge amount of content from all of our feeds by default.

Here's how to turn it off.

It is a low bar possibly, but seeing a politician win, especially a significant win, by galvanising disenfranchised voters on a platform of unity, compassion and hope, a platform which supported marginalised groups such as migrants and trans/non-binary individuals, feels pretty important right now.

His success will resonate throughout the world. A story where no one is left behind.

It's time to write that story across England & Wales too.
