Without going full infra nerd, the big problem has always been Treasury maths.
They consistently require a cost/benefit ratio for investment/loans on projects that downplays social or growth impact in favour of raw financial return.

I spent somewhere between £100 and £200 on the chair for my home office. This is not an extravagant amount of money for something that someone needs to sit in all day, without getting health problems from bad posture, and which should last for many years.

My partner said the latest starter set was poorly written to set up GMs for ongoing games, so popping a few virtue-signalling references in to tick some boxes isn't surprising me :S Disappointed, but not surprised. Even after Eve of Ruin's amputee deva, which TBF smacked of the same.
The "wheelchairs in D&D" discourse is starting up again because of Heroes of the Borderlands. Look, there's a valid criticism of why publishers have wheelchair art in their fantasy dungeon crawlers and it isn't the one getting made. My question is, why not include other physical disabilities?

So that's it, after starting work in 2019 we just finished the final part of our LARP "quadrilogy" High Frontier: Gods and Monsters. Our first part got postponed until 2022 for obvious reasons but we really have been at this six years.
