Agrivoltaics are the future!

Put solar panels on every pigsty, hen house, milking shed, barn and so on.

Put panels on taller poles, increase spacing between and let them act as shade for free range chickens underneath.

Or grow crops that need shade between rows of panels....

If they come here, live by our rules and pay tax here why on earth should they be burdened with excessively restrictive beurocracy?

Make any non citizen with less than 5 years qualifying NI contributions pay the NHS surcharge.

While I'm still undecided on a true wealth tax I see absolutely no reason why the top 1% pay less effective tax on their incomes than anyone else by changing it from strict personal income into something else.

Dosn't matter if its wages. Dividends or capital gains, should all have the same rate

And that can be sorted by changing the system sufficiently that they are unable to access any of their accumulated wealth while living here until the requisite amount of tax has been paid for it

It's obvious that had not a group of terrorists committed atrocities in Israel 2 years ago then the IDF would not be committing atrocities in Palestine today

Fast, cheap, clean rail travel is the way to combat global warming, yet our governments have cancelled half of HS2, pushed rail fares to astronomical levels and authorised massive expansion in airports. 🤷‍♂️

Maybe promising to cut or abolish tuition fees and then voting for them to be trippled has something to do with it....

Nobody expected them in coalition to actually reduce them but they could have at least refused to vote for a 3x increase

And even while I currently only support partial nationalisation of gas and electricity (nationalise the DNOs keep the retailers as they are) the greens are still by far the closest yo what I would like to see

Expansion at Gatwick has huge potential. It's cleaner and cheaper than Heathrow and will bring 14,000 jobs adding £1bn to our economy a year.

Great to see the Transport Secretary giving it the green light to go ahead but it must meet environmental standards.
