When the CIA did this to the Senate it was one of the biggest intel scandals of the 21st century. But here it’s not just a huge scandal, it’s dumb: Pam Bondi is so bad at her job she brought the evidence herself to an open congressional hearing. www.theguardian.com/world/2014/j...

The chances of this passing the Senate (i.e., nuking legis. filibuster for it) are slim to none, they're pushing this more for the talking points to delegitimize their midterm loss. But this isn't just very bad policy. It's utterly impractical in the sense that it'd cause total unworkable chaos.
Breaking: House passes new version of SAVE Act, worst voter suppression bill considered by Congress. Could disenfranchise:

-21 million Americans w/out access to citizenship papers
-69 mil married women who took partner’s name
-21 mil w/out valid drivers license

BREAKING: The House passed the so-called SAVE America Act which threatens to upend our freedom to vote.

The bill could disenfranchise millions of eligible voters by requiring documents like passports or birth certificates to register to vote and forcing voter roll purges. The Senate must reject it.

Read the whole horrific thread.
I don’t really know what I expect in posting this, but maybe some people see it and can learn from it.

I’ll call it “lessons from an unwilling immigration attorney.”

On Tuesday afternoon, the FBI finally released a court-ordered affidavit showing the basis for its January raid seizing nearly 700 boxes of ballots and voting records from the 2020 election in Fulton County, Georgia.

The evidence inside was shockingly thin.

CNN confirms what MSNBC reported live a few hours ago: DOJ is surveilling Dem lawmakers when they go to the DOJ to search unredacted Epstein files.
CNN: "Another photograph - these are notes AG Bondi brought to the hearing today. This shows a list of Rep. Jayapal's search history. Lawmakers are allowed to go to a DOJ facility to search unredacted files. We learned from this photo that the searches are apparently being tracked & read by the DOJ"

There are still 2,000 agents terrorizing Minnesota and things have potentially gotten even worse due to the lack of attention. As a reminder, Minnesota is a testing ground and preview for what is coming to a city near you. WE CANNOT LET MINNESOTANS SUFFER IN THE DARKNESS.
ICE isn’t out of Minnesota. Enforcement hasn’t stopped; in many places it’s intensified. What changed wasn’t the raids, it was the coverage. As pressure grew, cameras shifted and Democrats redirected the conversation. But ICE activity in Minnesota is still very real & ongoing. #FuckICE #AbolishICE

Wife & I (both over 65) got MMR when we got our flu & COVID shots in September, just in case. No out-of-pocket costs for us.

Had talked to our primary about titers vs just getting the shot, & he agreed we should just go ahead and do it in one step.
If you are in Baltimore, and you haven't had an adult MMR booster or recent titers, now is the time to get that booster! Mumps immunity is more susceptible to waning than measles and it needs a single adult booster after age 18 or so for maximum efficacy!

When I got the contract to write a history of concentration camps in 2014, I hoped to keep the US from ending up here. That didn't work out! But now it's critical to understand how much is already in process and the enormity of what's coming. The sooner we act to stop it, the more people we'll save.

Love, someone who got a scary letter today! (I’m fine now, but in case you also spaced setting up your auto-pay…)
