Developing my first recipe (excluding pies and crumbles which like I just improv every time) and today bit into my first batch.
Not bad. Definitely needs work. My husband thinks it's amazing tho, so I find his taste suspect.

I mean we all knew they were tracking this stuff already, right? Might as well make sure we're giving them lots and lots of noise to dig thru. Flood the zone if you will.
Excited to say that I feel halfway healthy for the first time in a few weeks AND my insurance has finally reactivated so I can get the many many lab tests my doctor ordered cause the last ones came back "oh that's not good."
I'm gonna celebrate by doing way too much and overly exhausting myself.

Big congrats to the Trump admin for walking themselves into an order that they declare, under oath, what actions they have been taking to mobilize ICE in Springfield, Ohio and South Florida. Whoops.
