This is one of my favorite little VFX touches in our show. Really helps sell Lura as NOT a human in prosthetic makeup.
Lura Thok's gums and tongue are grey, matching her Jem'Hadar skin — meaning production is likely digitally recoloring Gina Yashere's mouth in post-production to match her prosthetic makeup.

There was a #StarTrekProdigy Art Book in the works. I was going to co-write it.
It went into limbo when it was removed from Paramount+ with uncertainty if Season Two would find a home. Then more uncertainty when Paramount was merging with Skydance.
