There's a bit in Clarkson's Farm (don't judge me) where he rapidly becomes in fear for his life at trying to do the simplest of tasks with a scissor lift.

Finally got around to watching Dr Who Dragonfire which I'd never seen for some reason. It's not bad for late original Who but the infamous 'cliffhanger' ending of one episode is ridiculous even in context.

Saw a reaction video to the famous Father Ted bit about racism but the people reacting though that 'racist' might be a banned word on youtube so they beeped it out in the scene which made it look like Ted was accused of being a rapist.,, which I don't think they intended.

Found the official gov document and I can't see anyway I still qualify for a covid jab despite what the doc said. Oh well we'll see. Presuming I'm still gonna get a flu job.

I'm supposed to be booked in for one at the health clinic this weekend but I've heard people have been turned away. I used to qualify because of medical reasons but the gov website is very sketchy on who now qualifies.

I've just seen the BBC saying Kimi has saved her leadership because said she was going to abolish stamp duty and everyone clapped (ignore the earlier reports saying the conference was virtually empty and was haunted by three of Maggie's dresses, the only evidence of a former leader there)

Guy rang up local news last night saying he had turned up for a covid jab and got turned down. Supposed to be having one an Saturday, guess we'll see (getting a flu jab as well) I'll be well annoyed if they turn me down though after saying I'm eligible

Listened to a Stephen King podcast re the short story / novella collections I've recently read and it goes on about King's fatphobia which (with a couple of notable exceptions) I've never really noticed before. But I've started reading Skeleton Crew and now it really jumps out.
