Remember that tax rates were high enough on the wealthy that they competed by building libraries, schools, and transportation infrastructure with their names on them. Their status was in what they could contribute with the write-offs.

Reminder that the #2 killer of autistic people (without co-occurring cognitive disability) is suicide, 9x more likely than allistic folks... and that's just the diagnosed folks we know about. Any of my eyes-open neurokin know there's WAY more of us than one in 30-some.

The majority of organizing happening in Minnesota isn’t just peaceful, it’s INVISIBLE. Moms showing up who won’t be interviewed on TV, people whose ICE patrols don’t turn into viral video. The grocery runs, the donations, the people filming bc they happen to be there. Please remember this.

ICE killing #AlexPretti should remind you of police killing #PhilandoCastille. Both men had concealed weapon permits, did not draw their guns, & were killed in Minn. These homicides are the price of unaccountable policing. These deaths are variations on the same fatal theme.
