Just landed in Minnesota for tomorrow's game. At MSP airport, they had a dog that was just there to be petted. That was his only job. He was very good at it.

OK, the streak of not missing a workout (5x/week routine) has finally ended.
I lasted 22 consecutive weeks.
This week, the family and I had lots of obligations, and I only got 4 workouts in.
